If there was a zero star I would click that!!!!They keep missing my rec cart and since I’ve called the first time the drivers knock at least one of the carts over every week, which is unacceptable!!! They are put out the night before where I sat them out for tri county. Never been tagged for anything, just the rec guy doesn’t know to pick up my cart!!! POOR SERVICE!!!!!!

I wish I could give zero or negative stars!! Worst service ever!!! Customer service is a joke! Even the lady who said she’s the owner is ignorant! They never sent out the first bill or the second bill, so now payment is overdue and they cut service off with NO notice! Not to mention every time I’ve called, they do nothing about sending me a bill, taking a payment, NOTHING!! The lady said it’s MY fault that I didn’t receive the bills! That’s funny! I didn’t know I worked I for y’all and had to send myself my own bill.. but okay! Hermitage dropped the ball on this one for sure!

BEWARE!!!!!!!!I’m honestly not even one to make public posts like this, but since you can’t take the time to respond to an email the city of Hermitage cc’d you on nearly a week ago here goes:WORSE customer service that I have ever experienced I truly wouldn’t recommend you to my worst enemy. After failing to provide me a first bill, you abruptly cut off my service. I called as the only bill I had ever received which I now learned from your customer service agent was actually my second bill and was also incorrect due to YOUR error and instead of me being current like the bill said, due Nov 1st like the bill said, and owing you $80.70 I actually was past due and now owed $161.40.Accidents happen it is what it is. If I owe I’ll pay, which is what I did right then and there on the phone by card in full.My irritation now: When I asked when you would be back to pick up my trash you told me next week and the woman who handled my call was clearly annoyed. At this point my trash is already filled to capacity and then when a email was sent on my behalf from this city you couldn’t even take the time to respond when all I wanted was a simple apology for the mistake and a resolution. Quite honestly even if it wasn’t a person returning for pick up a hey if you have extra bags next pick up we will grab them would have sufficed.With that my question is do you think you can manage to pick my trash up this week? Oh and don’t worry I wouldn’t want the trash men to work harder because I fully understand this is NOT their fault or on them but a rather a company issue so I took the trash you didn’t take last week to a friend’s dumpster since again you couldn’t even take the time to respond to the email the city sent you on my behalf.Best advice I have at this point is do better or at the very least respond to an email from your customers. Businesses should provide their customers resolutions and I feel like you don’t and won’t because you know we are stuck using you.My hope at this point is once our contract expires the city thinks twice about resigning and that this was my one and only issue.

Aiken Refuse is the worse trash company! They leave trash flying everywhere. Come into a neighborhood at 4am when they arent supposed to be in residential till 6. Said they serviced our road for bulk big up but yet our road has had stuff sitting on it for 3 weeks. They refuse to send a truck out to pick up the rest of the bulk pick up because they said bulk pick up is over. The customer service lady can't answer questions and is so rude! Hermitage needs Tri County back!
